Nigeria's Statistical Index of Fraud

The Zero-Corruption Coalition has disclosed that about 220 billion pound sterling was 'stolen' by past leaders who ruled Nigeria in the last 40 years. It revealed that "55 billion pound sterling which included the country's money and assets were stocked in various accounts in different countries." Wonder any further for the fraudulent rule?
